About VISIONRY

VISIONRY is an AI content creation agency providing done-for-you social media content services for brands. We operate at www.visionry.co and all services are delivered remotely via email.

By submitting a project brief or purchasing any service you are entering into an agreement with VISIONRY under these terms.

Our Services

VISIONRY provides the following done-for-you content services:

• AI UGC Videos
• Product Placement Ads
• Product Placement Images
• Content Clipping
• AI Influencer Pack
• Website Creation
• Content Bundles — Starter, Growth and Pro

All services are described in full on our Services & Packages page. We reserve the right to update or modify our services and pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

Ordering & Payment

To place an order with VISIONRY you must submit a project brief via our Get Started form. Once we have reviewed your brief we will confirm your order by email and send a secure payment link via Stripe.

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable
• Full payment is required before work begins
• Work will not commence until payment has been received and confirmed
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We do not store any payment card details

Delivery & Timelines

Estimated delivery times from confirmation of payment are as follows:

• AI Product Images — 1 to 2 business days
• UGC Videos — 2 to 4 business days
• Video Ads — 3 to 5 business days
• Bundles — weekly delivery schedule depending on package
• Website Creation — timeline confirmed at point of order

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occasionally occur due to the complexity of a brief or volume of orders. We will always communicate any delays promptly.

Delivery is via email to the address provided at the time of order. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct.

Revisions

Each service includes a set number of revisions as stated on our Services & Packages page:

• AI UGC Videos — revisions as specified per package
• Starter Bundle — 2 revisions
• Growth Bundle — 3 revisions
• Pro Bundle — unlimited minor revisions

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests submitted after this period may be treated as a new order.

Revisions cover adjustments to the existing content brief. Significant changes to the original brief — such as a change of product, brand direction or content style — may be treated as a new order at our discretion.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our services the following refund policy applies:

• Cancellations requested before work has begun are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations requested after work has begun are not eligible for a refund
• If VISIONRY is unable to fulfil your order for any reason a full refund will be issued
• Refunds are not available once final content has been delivered and approved

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment and final approval of your content, full ownership and usage rights of the delivered content are transferred to you the client.

• You may use delivered content for social media, advertising, e-commerce and any other commercial purpose
• VISIONRY retains the right to display delivered content in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing
• You must not resell or redistribute our content as a standalone product or template
• Any brand assets, logos or materials you provide to us remain your intellectual property at all times

Your Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver the best possible content for your brand you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your project brief
• Ensure you have the rights to any brand assets, product images or materials you provide to us
• Respond to any clarification requests from our team in a timely manner
• Use delivered content in compliance with the platform terms of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and any other platform you publish on
• Not use VISIONRY content for any unlawful, misleading or harmful purpose

Limitation of Liability

VISIONRY provides content creation services to the best of our ability. However we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower growth, engagement rates, conversions or revenue increases as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law VISIONRY's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our content including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data or damage to reputation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically. If you have any concerns about any changes please contact us before placing an order.
